Man, Rick Dangerous Online takes me back, this is basically Indiana Jones if he had the grace of a drunk goat and the luck of a guy who steps on every landmine. You jump, duck, and occasionally scream as spikes, boulders, and angry tribesmen try to end Rick’s adventure real quick. The first level tricks you into thinking it’s manageable, then suddenly you’re memorizing trap patterns like it’s a Dark Souls speedrun.
The pixel art nails that old-school vibe, and the soundtrack sounds like it’s straight from a dusty arcade cabinet. My only warning? You’ll die. A lot. But there’s something weirdly satisfying about finally getting past that one stupid rolling boulder after your 20th attempt. If you miss games that don’t hold your hand, this one’s got your back (and also your tears).
