Play 007 : NightFire Online
Dodging lasers, sniping guards from castle rooftops, then blasting through Tokyo with a rocket launcher—this tiny Bond adventure crams in more thrills than any GBA shooter has a right to. That wristwatch laser? Pure chaos when you remember it exists.

If you ever wanted to feel like Bond on the go, NightFire for GBA actually pulls it off better than you'd expect. Yeah, it's scaled down from the console versions, but you still get that classic mix of sneaking around and blasting through Drake's goons across some surprisingly varied locations—one minute you're picking off guards in a snowy Austrian castle, the next you're planting explosives in a Tokyo skyscraper.
The weapons feel satisfying for a handheld shooter—the sniper rifle has that perfect weight to it, and scrambling to find a rocket launcher when some armored jerk shows up never gets old. And of course, there are gadgets. The wristwatch laser is stupidly fun when you finally get to use it, though half the time I forgot I even had it.
What's impressive is how much they squeezed into the GBA—polygonal environments, digitized voice clips (even if they sound like someone shouting into a tin can), and missions that actually require a bit of thinking beyond just shooting everything. Just don't expect the framerate to be your friend when things get chaotic.
