2 In 1 - Uno Skip-Bo came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2004, published by Majesco. It was a solid little compilation for its time, offering two classic card games in a portable format that fit right in with the GBA's library of pick-up-and-play titles.
You control your hand of cards, aiming to be the first to empty it in Uno by matching colors or numbers, or to deplete your stockpile in Skip-Bo by building sequential stacks. Key mechanics include playing wild cards to change the active color in Uno, and strategically organizing your four build piles in Skip-Bo to create ascending runs. The pacing is quick, with matches that rarely overstay their welcome, though the AI can present a decent challenge. It feels satisfying to outmaneuver opponents with a well-timed Skip or Reverse card.
