You control a sumo wrestler, moving him around a small ring to grab your opponent, build momentum, and execute one of several powerful throws. The main objective is to either force your rival out of the ring or make them touch the ground with any part of their body besides their feet. The game relies heavily on timing your button presses to counter grapples and chain moves together, and it can be surprisingly fast for a game about sumo.
