Oh man, The Adventures of Willy Beamish—this takes me back. It's one of those classic point-and-click adventures from the Amiga days where you play as a mischievous kid just trying to survive school, bullies, and his own terrible decisions. The humor's surprisingly sharp for its time, and the pixel art has this weirdly charming, slightly deranged quality to it.

You’ll spend most of your time solving absurd puzzles (like tricking your sister into eating soap) while dodging detention and angry teachers. Some of the solutions are downright bizarre, but that’s part of the fun—figuring out how Willy’s chaotic little brain works. Just don’t be surprised if you get stuck and have to brute-force your way through a few weird interactions.

It’s not perfect—some of the timing puzzles are frustrating, and the disk-swapping on the Amiga version is a pain—but there’s something oddly endearing about it. If you like old-school adventure games with a heavy dose of childhood mischief, this one’s worth a look.
