Play All Grown Up! : Express Yourself Online
Play as Angelica running the school paper—track down classmates for interviews, hunt for their weird requests, then slap it all together. Between missions, doodle in the PDA or replay those hit-or-miss minigames.

All Grown Up! Express Yourself came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2004, published by THQ. It was part of that wave of licensed games based on cartoons, a pretty common sight on the handheld at the time. You step into the world of the Rugrats spinoff, playing as the characters a few years older.
You control Angelica, the editor of the school newspaper, and your main job is to track down stories by finding other kids and getting them to talk. The gameplay involves a lot of screen by screen exploration around the school and town, hunting for specific items that characters request before they'll give you a quote. You also assemble the finished newspaper pages by placing articles and photos in a layout grid. The pacing is fairly relaxed, built more on conversation and fetch quests than any real challenge, and the overall feeling is like casually putting together a project with some mild detective work.
