Play Another Bible (english translation) Online
You wander a creepy Game Boy world collecting demons instead of fighting them, then mash them together hoping they don’t turn into garbage—tactics and trial-and-error included.

Another Bible came out on the Game Boy in 1995 from Atlus, a company better known for its more complex console RPGs. It was a time when developers were still figuring out how to translate deep, dungeon-crawling experiences onto the small screen, and this game was one of the more ambitious attempts to do just that.
You control a young boy named Kenji, navigating a post-apocalyptic Tokyo one screen at a time. Your main goal is to explore dungeons and defeat enemies, but the core of the game is its demon recruitment and fusion system. Instead of just fighting monsters, you can befriend them, and then combine any two in your party to create a new, hopefully stronger, ally. The pacing is deliberate, the dungeons are maze-like and demand mapping, and the difficulty comes from managing your limited party space and the unpredictable results of fusion. It feels like a constant, personal experiment where every successful combination is a small victory.
