It’s got that same addictive "one more match" energy as Pokémon Stadium’s minigames, but with way more customization. You can tweak your B-Daman’s parts between rounds, and some of the special moves feel ridiculously overpowered in the best way possible. The Japanese version’s menus take a minute to figure out, but the gameplay itself is easy to pick up.

Honestly, it’s a shame this never got more attention—the sprite work is crisp, and there’s something weirdly satisfying about lining up a perfect shot just as your opponent’s charging their ultimate attack.
