Cat-Women is one of those weird little GBA games that sticks with you. You play as these cat-human hybrids, running through colorful levels that feel like a mix of platforming and light RPG elements. The first few minutes are mostly jumping around and getting used to the controls, which are simple but a little stiff.

What stands out is the art style—bright, exaggerated, almost cartoony. The enemies are just as odd as the cat-women themselves, like giant bugs or floating jellyfish things. Combat is basic button mashing at first, though later you unlock some special moves that make fights more interesting.

It’s not a deep game, but there’s charm in how unapologetically strange it is. The dialogue is cheesy, the story barely makes sense, and yet I kept playing just to see what weird thing would happen next. Cat-Women won’t blow you away, but it’s a fun little time capsule from the GBA era.
