Play Chobits (J)(MUGS) Online
You play as a broke student who finds a clueless android in the trash—half the time you're awkwardly explaining human stuff to her, the other half you're unraveling weird glitches in her code. The pixel art makes her blank stares even funnier.

Game Overview
Chobits on the GBA is one of those weird little games that shouldn’t work but somehow does—it’s part dating sim, part sci-fi mystery, and all charm. You play as Hideki, a broke college student who stumbles upon Chi, a Persocom (basically a super-advanced android) with no memory, just sitting in the trash. The pixel art somehow makes her blank stares even funnier when she starts asking painfully innocent questions about human stuff like kissing.
Most of the game is spent figuring out Chi’s past through dialogue choices and mini-puzzles, but the real draw is how it nails the anime’s mix of goofy humor and quiet, almost philosophical moments. One minute you’re helping a flustered Hideki explain why people hold hands, the next you’re uncovering eerie glitches in Chi’s programming. The GBA’s chiptune soundtrack even manages to squeeze in that bittersweet tone the series does so well.
Fair warning: If you never liked the manga or anime, this won’t convert you. But if you’ve got a soft spot for early-2000s CLAMP aesthetics and stories about robots learning to love, it’s a surprisingly thoughtful little time capsule.
