Play Corsarios Amiga Online
1989 Amiga action game with two segments: island brawling using fists and kicks, followed by ship-based sword combat to rescue a captive. Features pirate enemies with sabers and blunderbusses.

Corsarios came out on the Amiga in 1989 from Opera Soft, a Spanish developer. It was part of that wave of action games that tried to do a few things well rather than everything at once, fitting right in with the platform's growing library of varied titles.
You control a pirate stranded on an island, starting with just your fists and feet to fight off other pirates armed with sabers and blunderbusses. After clearing the initial beach, you commandeer a ship and the gameplay shifts to side-scrolling deck combat, using a sword to duel enemies while managing your movement to avoid falling overboard. The objective is straightforward: fight through these two distinct stages to rescue a kidnapped woman. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty comes from the immediate threat of enemies and environmental hazards. It feels like a condensed, focused brawler that doesn't overstay its welcome.
