Game Overview
Cyberblast drops you into Fastrax Labs, where some reckless scientists managed to rip open a trans-universal portal—and, surprise, it’s spewing out hostile aliens. Your job? Hunt down a missing control chip across 64 frantic levels before everything goes completely sideways.
It plays like a stripped-down Gauntlet with a timer ticking down—some levels give you breathing room, others feel like a mad dash. You’re grabbing five crystals per stage while dodging walls, enemies, and your own dwindling energy meter. Run out of juice, and it’s game over.
What’s neat is picking between two characters before each level. One’s faster but fragile, the other’s a tank but sluggish. I kept switching depending on whether the stage was a maze or a bullet hell. Messy, chaotic fun if you’re into that old-school Amiga vibe.
