Daffy Duck: The Marvin Missions came out on Game Boy in 1994, developed by Sunsoft. It was a Japan-only release, so you had to import it or find it through other means back then. The game fits right in with the kind of side-scrolling action titles that were common on the handheld, nothing too flashy but solid for what it was.
You control Daffy Duck, running and jumping through levels to stop Marvin the Martian. Your main goal is to rescue other Looney Tunes characters while fighting off aliens with a ray gun. The gameplay involves screen-by-screen exploration, some light platforming, and using different weapons you pick up along the way. It can be a bit tricky with some slippery controls and enemy patterns that take getting used to. Playing it feels like a straightforward, sometimes challenging run-and-gun experience with that classic Daffy attitude.
