You get to be the Doctor—yes, that Doctor—in this Amiga gem where you’re basically saving Earth from Daleks (again). Starts off wild: you’re zipping through London sewers on a hover platform, blasting monsters with a laser like some sci-fi speedboat chase. Then it shifts to classic platforming—jumping gaps, dodging Robomen, and using the sonic screwdriver in ways the BBC probably never imagined (grenades included, because why not?).
Best part? You can pick between three Doctors, and if a friend joins, they get to be one of three companions. Co-op feels like the show’s best buddy moments, just with more pixelated explosions. The controls take a second to click, but once they do, it’s pure Time Lord chaos.
Honestly, it’s janky in that charming early ‘90s way, but if you love Doctor Who, you’ll forgive the rough edges.
