Game Overview

DecapAttack is one of those weird, charming Genesis platformers that makes you go, "Wait, what?" at first glance. You play as Chuck D. Head—a mummy-looking dude who's literally just a body with eyes and a punching fist where his chest should be. Yeah, it's as bizarre as it sounds.

The story kicks off when some jerk named Max D. Cap rises from the underworld and starts wrecking everything. Naturally, it's up to headless Chuck to bounce through candy-colored levels, chug random potions (some help, some... don't), and punch the living daylights out of grotesque bosses. The controls take a second to click, but once they do, you'll be ricocheting off walls and uppercutting enemies like a pro.

It's got that early '90s Sega vibe—bright, slightly janky, and packed with personality. Just don't question why a headless guy needs to collect extra lives shaped like, well, heads.
