Disney's Lilo & Stitch (J) on GBA is a weird little action game that splits between two playstyles. At first, you're blasting through side-scrolling levels as Stitch, shooting aliens with laser pistols and tossing pineapple bombs like some kind of chaotic space cowboy. Then it switches to Lilo's sections, where you're sneaking around, solving puzzles, and using her creepy doll Scrump to distract guards.

The shift between characters keeps things fresh, though Stitch's shooter parts feel tighter than Lilo's stealth bits, which can be clunky. The pixel art captures the movie's style well, especially the alien designs. Some levels drag a little, but the short cutscenes and movie stills between stages give it that Disney charm.

It's not deep, but if you grew up with the movie, there's something fun about controlling these two in such different ways. Disney's Lilo & Stitch (J) works best as a nostalgia trip with some decent action mixed in.
