Dracula Densetsu II (or Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge if you're not playing the Japanese version) is one of those Game Boy gems that actually holds up. You're back as Christopher Belmont—yeah, Simon's granddad—trying to save your kid from Dracula (again). The levels are split into four castles this time, each with its own theme, and I swear the music slaps harder than it has any right to on a Game Boy. The platforming's tight, though some of those jumps will make you sweat. And that final boss? Pure classic Castlevania nonsense in the best way. If you missed this one back in the day, it's way better than the first Game Boy entry.
