Download Dream Zone_Disk2 ROM – Amiga Game
1988 Amiga adventure game. First-person point-and-click with static scenes. Solve puzzles by typing commands or using function-key verbs like "Look" or "Hit." Escape a dream world after drinking an elixir.
Dream Zone_Disk2 on the Amiga is one of those weird, clunky-but-charming first-person adventures where you're stuck inside your own messed-up dreams. Some mad scientist's potion dragged you into this nightmare, and now you’ve got to figure out how to survive and wake up before things get even weirder.
You move between static screens by picking directions—left, right, forward, back—like an old-school point-and-click, but instead of clicking, you’re either typing commands or using function keys for verbs. "Look" and "Talk" are obvious, but then there’s stuff like "Buy" or even "Hit," which makes you wonder what kind of dreams this guy was having. The whole thing feels a little janky at first, but once you get into the rhythm, it’s oddly satisfying to brute-force your way through puzzles by just trying every weird command you can think of.
It’s definitely not for everyone, but if you like obscure retro adventures with a surreal edge, this one’s worth digging into.
