Play Ed Edd n Eddy : Jawbreakers! Online

I picked up Ed Edd n Eddy: Jawbreakers! back when it came out on Game Boy Advance in 2003, published by Midway Games. It was one of those licensed platformers that felt right at home on the GBA, where you expected to see familiar cartoon faces jumping and running through colorful, side scrolling levels. The game captured the show’s look and energy pretty well for the hardware, with big headed characters and that same suburban cul de sac vibe.

You control Ed, Double D, and Eddy, switching between them to use their unique abilities. Ed smashes through barriers with his strength, Double D uses his slingshot to hit distant targets, and Eddy’s jetpack lets him cross wide gaps. The goal is to collect enough golden jawbreaker tickets in each stage to progress, which involves plenty of exploring, item grabbing, and avoiding hazards like Rolf’s garden traps or the Kanker sisters. The pace is brisk, though some sections can feel a bit repetitive, and the difficulty has a few cheap moments. It feels like causing a little animated chaos, just like the show.
