This one takes me back—España - The Games '92 was a quirky little sports compilation for the Amiga, and Disk 2 packed in some of the weirder events. You’ve got stuff like roller skating (which feels oddly slippery) and this bizarre javelin-throwing minigame where the physics are just… off. Not in a bad way, though—more like a "wait, did I just yeet that spear into orbit?" kind of way.
It’s got that early '90s charm—bright colors, chunky sprites, and controls that make you wrestle with the keyboard a bit. Not exactly a simulation, but it’s a fun time if you’re into retro sports games that don’t take themselves too seriously. The music’s catchy, at least until it loops for the hundredth time.
Honestly, half the appeal is laughing at how janky some of the events are. Still holds up if you’re in the right mood.
