You control the Ecto-1 vehicle, driving through side-scrolling city streets while switching between four different Ghostbusters, each with unique proton pack abilities. Your main goal is to hunt down and trap ghosts, clearing each screen of enemies before moving forward. You dodge enemy attacks, manage your limited proton energy, and occasionally solve simple environmental puzzles to progress. The game moves at a steady pace, though some later stages get pretty tough with enemy swarms and tight spaces. It feels like a straightforward arcade-style run with just enough variety to keep you blasting.
