Flamingo Tours is one of those classic Amiga business sims where you run a travel agency—except it’s way more chaotic than it sounds. You start with a tiny office and just enough cash to make a few terrible decisions. Do you blow it all on a sketchy charter plane? Gamble on a bus that might break down halfway to Hamburg? Or play it safe with hotel rooms and pray tourists show up?
The bank will loan you money, but the interest rates feel like they were set by a cartoon villain. And if you actually manage to turn a profit, you can expand to new cities, which mostly means more ways to go bankrupt in exciting locations. The hot-seat multiplayer turns it into a passive-aggressive race to undercut your friends’ prices. It’s janky in that very 90s way, but weirdly addictive once you get the hang of it.
