Fun 'N' Games is one of those weird, charming Sega Genesis titles that feels like someone threw a bunch of random creative tools into a blender. You start on this colorful main menu with four options, and honestly, I just clicked around randomly at first because everything looked equally bizarre.

The Paint section is surprisingly decent for a console art program—you get brushes, stamps, and even these pre-made backgrounds with weird little objects to paste in. If you mess around in the Style mini-games first, you can import your cursed custom sprites (like a guy with a cowboy hat, a tuxedo torso, and frog legs) straight into your masterpiece.

The games are… well, they exist. Mouse Maze is Pac-Man but with cheese and cats, and the power-up turns your mouse into a dog that chomps them, which is objectively funny. Space Lazer is a barebones shooter where you just move a crosshair around—not great, but the sound effects are hilariously loud. And Whack a Clown? Exactly what it sounds like, except the clowns make this unsettling squeak when you hit them.

Then there’s the Music section, where you can slap together janky little tunes with instruments that sound like a kazoo orchestra. The animal noise samples are the best part—nothing says "serious composition" like a duck quack in the middle of your symphony.

It’s not a "good" game in any traditional sense, but there’s something oddly endearing about how random it all is. You’ll either love it for the weirdness or close it after five minutes.
