Game Overview
Ganymed on the Amiga is one of those games that sneaks up on you. At first glance, it's just another space shooter, but there's something oddly satisfying about how it plays. You pilot this little ship through asteroid fields, dodging and weaving while blasting enemies that come at you from all sides.
The controls feel tight—responsive enough that when you crash into an asteroid (and you will), it’s usually your fault, not the game’s. The graphics are simple but clean, with a nice sense of speed as you zip through the levels. And the music? Classic Amiga chiptune stuff that somehow never gets old.
It’s not the deepest game out there, but it’s got that "just one more try" pull when you barely miss beating your high score. If you’ve got an Amiga or an emulator, it’s worth a few rounds.
