Genseishin Justirisers - Souchaku Chikyuu No Senshitachi (J) is a GBA action game where you play as the Justirisers, a team of heroes fighting to protect Earth. The first few minutes throw you right into combat—no long tutorials, just basic attacks and dodging while figuring out how to trigger transformations.

The sprites are decent for a GBA title, with some nice effects when you power up. But the controls feel a little stiff, like your character slides slightly after stopping. I remember getting hit a few times because the timing on counters wasn’t as tight as I expected.

It’s one of those licensed games that sticks close to the source material. If you’re into the Justirisers series, you’ll probably enjoy seeing the characters and moves translated into pixel form. Otherwise, it’s a straightforward beat-em-up with some clunky moments.
