Play Gremlins - Stripe vs Gizmo (U)(TrashMan) Online
Hop across snowy rooftops as Gizmo, dodging gremlins and scrambling to catch presents before Stripe hurls them into oblivion—it’s janky, frantic, and weirdly endearing.

Gremlins: Stripe vs Gizmo came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, developed by LSP. It was part of a wave of licensed games on the platform, many of which tried to capture the spirit of their source material with straightforward action or platforming. This one stood out for its odd premise and split perspective, letting you play as both the hero and the villain from the film.
You alternate between controlling Gizmo and Stripe across a series of side scrolling stages. As Gizmo, you run and jump through snowy townscapes, collecting presents while avoiding enemy gremlins. As Stripe, you try to stop him by throwing snowballs and destroying gifts. The game uses a timer and limited lives, so there’s constant pressure to move quickly and avoid mistakes. It feels a little rough around the edges, but the back and forth between characters gives it a unique rhythm. Playing it is chaotic and strangely absorbing, especially when you barely make it to the next screen with a present intact.
