Gunboat - River Combat Simulation is one of those classic Amiga games that throws you straight into the chaos. You're piloting a patrol boat down narrow, winding rivers, dodging enemy fire while trying to take out targets before they blast you first. The controls take a minute to get used to—steering feels heavy, like you're really fighting the current—but once it clicks, weaving through those tight bends becomes weirdly satisfying.
What I love is how tense it gets when you're low on ammo and there's still a whole stretch of river crawling with enemy boats.
