Harobots: Robo Hero Battling!! came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2000, developed by a studio called Jorudan. It was part of that early wave of GBA titles that explored tactical gameplay on the small screen, a time when developers were still figuring out what worked on the new hardware.
You control a squad of customizable robots, moving them one by one across grid-based maps to engage enemy units in turn-based combat. The main goal is to clear each stage by defeating all opponents or completing specific objectives, like reaching a certain point. Between battles, you spend time in a menu tweaking each robot's weapons, armor, and parts, which directly affects their performance and survivability in the next fight.
