Game Overview
Indigo on the Amiga is one of those games that feels like it was beamed in from another dimension. You control this little ship—sort of a cross between a spaceship and a hovercraft—gliding over these surreal, neon-drenched landscapes. The controls take a second to click, but once they do, it's pure flow: weaving through obstacles, collecting orbs, and trying not to crash into the pulsing geometric shapes that fill the screen.
The soundtrack is this hypnotic synth wave that somehow syncs up perfectly with the way your ship moves. I remember getting totally lost in it back in the day, just zoning out for hours trying to beat my high score. It’s not flashy by today’s standards, but there’s something about the simplicity and rhythm of it that still holds up.
If you’ve got an Amiga emulator or the original hardware, it’s worth a spin just to see how ahead of its time it felt.
