It was one of those unlicensed titles, developed by a company called American Game Cartridges, and it definitely had that early handheld feel. You control a small, blocky jeep from a side view, driving across a series of single-screen hills. The goal is to reach the finish line on each stage without rolling over or running out of time. The main mechanics are all about momentum and angle control; you have to judge the steepness of each slope and adjust your speed to avoid flipping on the landing. The physics are loose and bouncy, which makes even small jumps feel unpredictable. It starts off manageable, but the layouts get trickier fast, with tight gaps between obstacles that demand precise timing. Playing it feels like constantly wrestling with a stubborn, springy toy that only sometimes does what you want.
