Jimmy Willburne - A La Recherche Du Peigne Perdu_Disk1 is one of those weird, charming Amiga games that feels like it fell out of a French comic book. You play as Jimmy, a guy who loses his comb (because of course he does) and has to navigate this surreal, point-and-click adventure to get it back. The art style’s got that hand-drawn, slightly off-kilter vibe, and the puzzles are just obscure enough to make you scratch your head without wanting to throw your joystick across the room.
First few minutes? You’ll poke around Jimmy’s bizarre apartment, click on everything that isn’t nailed down, and probably get stuck trying to figure out why a loaf of bread is important. The dialogue’s dry and a little absurd—exactly what you’d expect from a game with "peigne perdu" in the title. If you’re into old-school adventure games with personality, this one’s a hidden gem.
