Okay, so imagine Mario Kart, but with those ridiculous frog aliens from Keroro Gunsou—and somehow even more chaotic. That’s basically what this GBA game is. You pick your favorite frog (I always go for Keroro because, come on, that smug face) and race through these absurd tracks that feel like they were designed by someone who had too much coffee.

The power-ups are gloriously dumb—like a giant hammer that flattens anyone in front of you, or a UFO that just scoops up the nearest racer and drops them somewhere terrible. The tracks have these weird shortcuts too, like one where you bounce off lily pads or another that loops around in a way that shouldn’t make sense but somehow does.

It’s not the most polished kart racer out there, but the pixel art is surprisingly vibrant, and the whole thing oozes that weird anime charm. If you ever watched the show, you’ll appreciate how perfectly it captures the characters’ personalities. Even if you didn’t, it’s just a stupidly fun time—especially with friends, assuming you can find someone else who still has a GBA lying around.

Definitely a hidden gem if you’re into weird, nostalgic racing games.
