Play Lazlos' Leap Online
You jump marbles over each other to clear increasingly tricky peg solitaire boards—one wrong move and you're stuck staring at three pieces with no way out.

Lazlos' Leap was a 1990 Game Boy release from a small publisher called Pixel Perfect. It arrived during the platform's early years, a time when developers were still figuring out how to build compelling adventures on that small, green-tinted screen. The game fit right in with other puzzle-focused titles that prioritized clever design over flashy presentation.
You control Lazlos, a little wizard who must clear each stage by jumping his magical marbles over one another, removing them from a fixed board of pegs. The goal is to be left with a single marble, but the layouts quickly become devious, punishing any miscalculation. The core mechanics are simple: you select a marble and then choose an empty space to jump to, provided you hop over exactly one adjacent marble. Later boards introduce obstacles and forbidden spaces that limit your options, forcing you to plan several moves ahead. The pacing is deliberate, almost meditative, but the difficulty is sharp and unforgiving. It feels like untangling a knot in your mind, one careful move at a time.
