Lego Racers 2 came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, published by LEGO Media International. It was part of that early wave of handheld racing games where developers were still figuring out how to translate console-style action onto a small screen. You control a custom Lego minifigure driver in a vehicle you build yourself from bricks you collect. The main goal is to win races across different themed worlds, like Pirates and Adventurers. Key mechanics include using power-ups, such as missiles and shields, to gain an edge, and taking advantage of track shortcuts to shave off precious seconds.
