Play M&M's : Blast! Online

I picked up M&M's: Blast! for the Game Boy Advance back in 2001. It was developed by Digital Eclipse, and it fit right in with the kind of colorful, quick-play puzzle games that were popular on the handheld at the time. It wasn't trying to be a big adventure; it was just a simple, candy-themed game you could play in short bursts.

You control one of the M&M characters, moving them through a grid-based level to clear all the candies by matching three or more of the same color. The main objective is to complete each screen before the timer runs out, while also avoiding obstacles like chocolate rivers or getting stuck behind walls of unmatchable blocks. The game introduces special candies that cause chain reactions, clearing large sections at once, which becomes essential in later, more frantic stages. The pacing starts relaxed but quickly demands fast decisions, especially when the screen starts to fill up. It feels satisfying to set off a big combo and watch the whole board light up just before time expires.
