What surprised me was how smooth the combat is. You’ve got your basic slashes, but then there’s this satisfying heavy attack that sends enemies flying. And Battle Cat? Absolute game-changer. Hold down the button, and suddenly you’re plowing through bad guys like a furry tank. The special moves take a second to figure out (why is the input for "Wind of Destruction" so weird?), but pulling them off feels stupidly cool.

It’s not perfect—some levels drag a bit, and the platforming can be janky—but if you ever yelled "I HAVE THE POWER!" into a hairbrush as a kid, this game’s pure nostalgia fuel.
