You control either a helicopter or a four wheel drive jeep, tasked with clearing each area of enemy forces. The helicopter lets you hover and fire in any direction, while the jeep is faster but locked to the ground. You collect power ups to upgrade your main weapon and secondary missiles, managing your limited ammunition carefully. The screen scrolls automatically, forcing you forward into relentless enemy fire from tanks, planes, and fixed gun emplacements. It is a difficult game that demands quick reflexes and smart weapon use. The feeling of weaving through bullet patterns and unleashing a full missile volley into a boss is pure, chaotic satisfaction.
