Milon’s Secret Castle is one of those weirdly charming Game Boy platformers where you’re a kid armed with… bubbles. Yeah, bubbles. You shoot them to take out enemies, uncover hidden doors, and even find secret coins tucked away in walls. The whole castle’s packed with little puzzles—some rooms won’t open unless you find the right item or drop enough coins into a weird statue’s mouth.
It starts simple, but then you realize half the doors are fake, some floors crumble under you, and there’s no map. You’ll poke at walls, backtrack when you find a new ability, and probably get stuck at least once trying to figure out where that last missing instrument is hiding. The music’s oddly catchy, though, and there’s something satisfying about uncovering secrets in such a tiny, maze-like world.
