Play Navy Seals Online
Duck behind crates, pick off terrorists with your pistol, and push through side-scrolling levels—it’s pure, simple Game Boy action with that classic Ocean jank. The pixelated cutscenes try to tell a story, but you’re really just here to shoot stuff.

Ocean Software released Navy Seals for the Game Boy in 1991, a time when handheld games were often straightforward ports or adaptations of larger console ideas. It was part of that wave of military-themed action games that tried to bring a bit of cinematic flair to a small screen, though the hardware limitations were always apparent.
You control a single soldier navigating left to right through enemy compounds, jungles, and industrial settings. The main goal is to rescue hostages and eliminate all opposition in each stage. Gameplay involves careful movement, crouching behind cover to avoid return fire, and managing limited ammunition for your rifle and grenades. The screen advances section by section, locking you in until you clear the area of foes. It can feel unforgiving; one wrong move or missed shot often means starting the level over. Playing it is a tense, methodical process of advance and suppression, where patience is just as important as reflexes.
