You control a team of three hockey players, skating up and down a scaled-down rink trying to score more goals than the opponent. The game simplifies things; there are no penalties for fighting or rough hits, so you can shove and punch opponents to steal the puck freely. After scoring three goals, your team enters "on fire" mode, making your players faster and your shots more powerful. The pace is frantic, the difficulty can spike against certain teams, and the whole experience feels like a condensed, aggressive version of hockey built for short bursts of play.
