Press conferences are full of loaded questions, and if you botch your answers, morale tanks. At halftime, you can call out or praise individual players, but if the team thinks you’re being unfair, they’ll straight-up stop trying. The matches play out with these colorful, almost painterly graphics, and the whole thing moves fast—no deep stat dives, just quick decisions and dealing with whatever nonsense your team throws at you. Oh, and for some reason, wins only give you 2 points instead of 3. Just roll with it.

It’s messy, unpredictable, and weirdly addictive once you get into the rhythm of managing egos more than formations.
