Pechowy Prezent is one of those weirdly specific Amiga adventures where you play as a kid whose brand-new skateboard gets stolen at school. You’ve got until the end of the day to figure out who took it—but here’s the catch: you can only snoop around during breaks. Miss the bell, and you’re stuck in class like everyone else.
The school’s your playground—literally. You’ll poke around the newsstand, sneak onto the roof, and even bribe classmates for info. Some puzzles only work during lessons, like copying a game onto a floppy (very 90s) or cheating on a math test for someone. There’s even a random spaceship arcade minigame, because why not?
It’s janky in that old-school adventure way, but the time pressure and weird little details make it oddly gripping. Just don’t get caught skipping class.
