You still play as Harry Mason, stumbling through that cursed town, but instead of running from monsters, you're mostly making tense dialogue choices and watching the story unfold in text and pixelated stills.
It’s weirdly atmospheric for a Game Boy Advance game—the music nails that unsettling vibe, and some scenes actually made me jump even without 3D graphics. The branching paths mean you can get different endings, though good luck figuring out which choices lead where on your first try. I got the "bad ending" immediately because, well, I panicked and picked the dumbest options.
Not gonna lie, it’s niche—if you’re here for action, you’ll be disappointed. But if you like soaking in slow-burn horror and don’t mind reading a lot, it’s a neat little oddity.
