I picked up Popeye: Rush for Spinach on the Game Boy Advance back when it came out, though I don't recall who exactly developed or published it. It was one of those licensed games that showed up during the GBA's lifespan, not particularly groundbreaking but still a decent way to pass the time if you were into simple, fast-paced action.
You control Popeye, running and jumping through side-scrolling stages to collect as many spinach cans as possible before time runs out. Brutus throws anchors at you from above, and you have to dodge them or punch them out of the way. The screen scrolls automatically, so you're always moving forward, and the pace picks up the longer you survive. It's straightforward but pretty challenging; one wrong move and you're starting over. The feeling of barely dodging an anchor and snagging a can just in time is surprisingly satisfying.
