Play Q Billion Online
You're a mouse stacking wobbly blocks, carefully nudging them around before everything collapses—then later levels make you match symbols on top while the tower teeters. Time attack turns it into sweaty-palms chaos.

Q Billion came out for the Game Boy in 1989, published by Jaleco. It was one of those early puzzle games that felt right at home on the handheld, simple in concept but quietly demanding in practice. In an era crowded with arcade ports and action titles, it offered something more deliberate, a test of patience and spatial thinking rather than quick reflexes.
You control a small mouse tasked with building a tower out of scattered, irregular blocks. The main goal is to stack every block on the base platform without letting the structure collapse. Each stage is a single screen, and you nudge blocks into place one by one, often having to rotate them to fit. Later levels introduce symbols on the blocks that must be matched when stacked, adding a tricky planning element to the physics. The pace is slow and thoughtful, but the tension builds as your tower grows taller and less stable. It feels like a careful, precarious balancing act every time you play.
