Quik The Thunder Rabbit is one of those classic Amiga platformers that feels like it was designed to test your reflexes—in a good way. You play as this speedy rabbit who dashes through levels, dodging obstacles and collecting carrots (because of course, rabbits love carrots). The controls are tight, but some jumps require perfect timing—I definitely faceplanted into spikes more than once before getting the hang of it.
The AGA version’s colors really pop, and the soundtrack has that unmistakable Amiga charm. It’s not the deepest game out there, but if you’re into fast-paced, old-school platforming, it’s a solid way to kill an afternoon. Just don’t blame me when you get stuck on that one tricky jump in Disk 2.
