Rhythm Tengoku is one of those games that makes you look ridiculous while playing—in the best way. You'll find yourself tapping the A button to karate-chop flying pots, pluck onion hairs to a beat, or suddenly switch to samurai demon-slashing without warning. The WarioWare DNA is obvious—short, weird minigames that only last a minute or two, but each one has its own bizarre charm.
What I love is how it tricks you into thinking it's simple. Sure, you're mostly just pressing one button, but the timing has to be perfect. Miss a beat, and suddenly your karate guy faceplants or your onion sprouts a sad little bald patch. The remix stages are where it really shines, though—throwing all the minigames at you in rapid succession while a single track plays. It's chaotic, hilarious, and weirdly satisfying when you nail it.
Also, the music slaps. No surprise, since it's from an actual record label. Just don't blame me when you catch yourself humming the samurai theme hours later.
