Play Rocket Attack Amiga Online
1987 Amiga action game. Control a spaceship, shoot upward at enemy rockets. Features 1-2 players, wrap-around movement, themed levels, three lives. Clear stages by eliminating all enemies.

Rocket Attack came out on the Amiga in 1987 from Softgang. It was one of those early Amiga shooters that felt like a direct translation of arcade ideas to the home computer, simple in concept but built to eat your coins, or in this case, your time. You got a spaceship, a direction to shoot, and a screen full of trouble.
You pilot a small ship at the bottom of the screen, firing upward at a relentless barrage of descending enemy rockets. Your main goal is to survive each stage by destroying every last rocket before one gets past you. The ship controls with a fluid, wraparound movement, letting you zip from one edge of the screen to the other to chase down targets. It starts deceptively calm, but the pace quickens dramatically, demanding sharp reflexes and constant motion. Playing it feels like a tense, high-speed game of whack-a-mole where the moles are all armed.
