Rockman EXE 6: Dennoujuu Grega came out on Game Boy Advance in 2005, developed and published by Capcom. It was one of the last major releases for the system, arriving when the Nintendo DS was already on shelves, but it still felt right at home on the GBA. You control Lan and his NetNavi MegaMan.EXE, navigating a mix of real world and cyberspace environments screen by screen. The main goal involves stopping a new global cyber threat, which means investigating locations, talking to people, and jacking into various computer systems. Combat happens in real time on a grid based battlefield, where you select attack chips from a custom folder and trigger them in combos. The big addition here is the Beast Out system, letting MegaMan temporarily fuse with certain defeated enemies to gain powerful new forms and abilities. The pacing stays brisk, with puzzle heavy net areas and frequent random encounters keeping you alert. It feels fast, deliberate, and deeply satisfying when a planned chip combo or Beast Out transformation completely flips a tough fight.
