Sarakon came out on the Amiga in 1990, developed by Starbyte Software and published by a few different companies depending on where you lived, like Virgin Mastertronic. It was one of those many puzzle games that filled the platform, offering a straightforward but engaging challenge without a lot of flash.
You control a cursor to swap adjacent tiles on a grid, trying to form rows or columns of three or more identical symbols to clear them before the timer runs out. The main goal is simply to complete each of the forty levels by clearing the board, but obstacles and a strict time limit keep the pressure on. It feels methodical and tense, especially in the later stages when every move counts.
